Loyal Dog Shakes Owner's Hand As He's Left At Shelter

 "There is not much time left … We see how much he wants a home and someone to call family … It would mean the world to us if he could find a home of his own soon."

Rocky's loyalty and capacity for love were clear to everyone who heard his story, and, thankfully, his heartbreaking photo caught the eye of a new family. Rocky was adopted and went to his new home last week. (According to volunteers, Cupcake also found a home.)
